Pizza Mie / Pizza Noodle

I'm sure everyone already tried to make this dish.. ;p
easy and taste gooood..
It's call Pizza Mie


Ingredients :
  • 2 packs instant noodle, boiled and drained
  • 200 grams ground beef
  • salt
  • mozarella chess
  • chicken powder
  • 2 pcs red chilli
  • 6 eggs

Preparations :

  1. Saute onion until fragrant and wilted.
  2. Put in red chili and mix with minced meat until it turns red
  3. Mix the eggs that have been whipped with the minced meat had been cooked, chopped onion, instant noodles that have been boiled & seasoning, pepper, tomato sauce, and chicken powder or powder Knor.
  4. Saute with the margarine, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
  5. Done, lift and serve

Macaroni & Cheese


hmm Yummyy.. My daughter maira loves Macaroni & cheese..

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces macaroni
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparations :

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. In a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour. Cook for about 1 minute, until smooth and bubbly; stirring occasionally. Mix in milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard. Continue cooking until sauce is thickened. Add cooked macaroni and Cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. In small bowl mix together bread crumbs, butter and parsley; spread over macaroni and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

Sambal Goreng Telor (Spiced Eggs)


Ingredients:
  • 5 Eggs, hard-boiled and Sliced into halves
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Candlenut, grated
  • 1 tsp Laos (galangal)
  • 1 tsp Sambal Ulek (Look for Sambal Ulek Recipe in my recipe list to learn how to prepare it)
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 Salam leaf
  • 1 cup Coconut milk

How to:
  1. Place the sliced eggs in a serving dish.
  2. In separate pan, heat up peanut oil.
  3. Saute onion, garlic, candlenut, laos (galangal), sambal oelek and salt.
  4. Be cautious to avoid burning.
  5. Add brown sugar, salam leaf and coconut milk.
  6. Bring mixture to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Pour mixture over hard-boiled eggs and serve.

Bubur Ayam / Chicken Porridge


Ingredients:
  • 300 gr chicken
  • 200 gr rice
  • 1 liter water
  • salt on your taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • fried onion
  • sliced leek

How to:
  1. Seasoning chicken with salt. Boil with medium heat until soft, remove from pan. Keep the stock.
  2. Fried chicken until golden brown, boneless and cut into small pieces.
  3. Wash rice and boiled with 1 liter water until tender. Pour chicken stock and boiled with small heat. Seasoning.
  4. Serve porridge in the bowl with chicken, fried onion and slice leek on the top. Add salted soya sauce for more taste.

Note:
- For adding nutrition, uncooked egg yolk can be add on top of hot chicken porridge.
